London Hibernian FC stands as the sole Irish soccer club in London. The club's vision extends beyond traditional football; and it has successfully cultivated an Irish community that offers individuals the opportunity to expand both their social and professional networks.
An overview on the club -
London Hibernian FC (London Hibs), is an amateur soccer club based in southwest London with over 100 members across two teams. It's members, all volunteers, are predominantly Irish expats born out of UCC Diaspora and Tooting Celtic which combined to form London Hibs in July 2021. The club has built a community for people where they can broaden their social and professional network.
On and off the pitch the club has been massively successful. The Saturday team won the London FA Junior cup (2021) and league title in (2021 & 2022), the club's first time, be it UCC or Tooting Celtic has ever retained the league.
London Hibs now has two Saturday teams - one competes in the Surrey South Eastern Combination Intermediate Division 1 which is step 8 and the other competes in the Wimbledon and District Football League.
